Terms of use

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version is the binding one. These terms govern the use of this site and of Faro, Integrexa's software. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your company.

The service

Faro is cloud software to manage service orders and, if you turn them on, invoicing, accounting, inventory and payroll. We provide it as described in the plan you choose; we may improve it and change features over time.

Trial, plans and payments

Every new company gets a free trial of the Professional plan for the time stated on the site. When it ends, the account moves to the free plan unless you pick a paid one. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and you can change or cancel them at any time; amounts already paid are not refunded.

Your data is yours

What you record in Faro belongs to your company. If you cancel, we hand you a copy before deleting it, except what the law requires us to keep. We process that data under our Personal data policy.

Proper use

Do not use Faro for illegal activities, to send messages your recipients did not agree to, or to try to reach other companies' data. You are responsible for what your account's users do and for the accuracy of the tax and accounting information you record.

Electronic invoicing and tax duties

Faro helps generate and send tax documents, but the company remains responsible to the tax authority for their content and for meeting its duties. Check your tax and numbering settings before invoicing.

Availability and liability

We work for Faro to be always available and to save everything, even when a technician is offline, but interruptions can happen. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to your company is limited to what it paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If anything is unclear, write to soporte@integrexa.ai.
